- Kamchatka crab. Claws – 200 gr.
- Greek or creamy yogurt without flavoring additives-70 g.
- Mayonnaise-100 gr.
- ½ chili pepper
- Orange — 1 pc.
Cooking method:
1. Mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise and juice of one orange. Finely chop half of the chili pepper and add to the sauce. Be careful – half a small pepper can make the dish very spicy!
2. Mix all the ingredients until smooth and put them in a saucepan.
Please note-the crab does not require heat treatment and is ready to eat. After defrosting, spread the claws on a plate with the sauce.
