- Kamchatka crab. Limbs — 250 gr.
- Tomatoes — 2 pcs.
- Celery – 2 pcs.
- Avocado — 1 pc.
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper
1. Coarsely chop tomatoes and avocado, celery-small circles. We spread it randomly in a bowl.
Please note-the crab does not require heat treatment and is ready to eat. We release the crab meat from the shell. Add the crab meat to the vegetables and sprinkle the basil leaves on top.
2. Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
3. Serve the salad with a warm baguette. Preheat the pan without oil, cut the baguette lengthwise into two halves and dry in the pan.
